In short

Bookings, planning and payments for your private charters.

Online booking form
Groups book the whole boat on your own site. While they pay, nobody else can book that boat.
Pricing and availability
The price follows the size of the group. A skipper's fee or fuel is charged only when a booking meets your conditions.
Payments and security deposits
The party makes a down payment when they book and pays the rest before the trip. Both go to your own account.
Planning and daily operations
You see every boat and every charter on one planning. Rent by the hour too? Those rentals sit right next to them.
Customer messages
Whoever books gets the confirmation right away. You decide which reminders go out, and whether an email after the trip asks for a review.
Add-ons and promotions
Earn more on every charter: sell extras like lunch or champagne aboard.

Direct charter bookings, without a broker in between.

A charter question comes in on WhatsApp at eleven at night. Answer with a link, and the booking lands on your planning and the down payment in your own account. So you don't pay a broker's commission.

Answer WhatsApp with a link

Send a link that opens the booking form with the boat already chosen. Or take the booking yourself and paste the payment link into the chat.

Hotels and concierges sell for you

Each partner books through a link of their own, at the rate you set for them. You see which bookings came through whom.

Invite guests back to book direct

The day after the trip, your follow-up email goes out. Fifty weeks later, shortly before the same date next year, your second email invites them back.

Catering and add-ons for a private charter.

A party often wants lunch aboard or a cake for a birthday. They add it while they book, so it's paid with the charter. On the day, your staff know what goes aboard.

Add-on prices per person or hour

You price lunch per person and a drinks package per hour, so the price grows with the booking on its own.

Add-ons shown only when they fit

You set rules for which bookings see an add-on. So nobody orders the three-hour drinks package for a ninety-minute trip.

Add-on order lists for staff

Your staff print a list of the add-ons ordered per booking. So the crates, the ice and the cake are on the dock before the party arrives.

Your own questions at checkout

Ask about dietary needs or the occasion while they book. The answers stay with the booking, so nobody has to call and ask.

Charter management with customer types and partner rates.

Does a company pay you something different from a family? Then each customer type gets its own prices, rules and cancellation policy. So you don't have to remember who gets what.

Book without paying up front

The company that charters every summer books without paying up front. You allow that per customer type, so a new party still pays when they book.

Partner bookings at your rates

An agency books through its own link, at the rates you set for it. Even a booking taken by phone counts toward it, so you see what each agency brings in.

Connected to your own systems

Through the API, every charter booking can go to your CRM or your own website, without retyping. An agency that books a lot for you can use that connection, or a partner link.

Cancellation policy per customer type

Regular companies can cancel on other terms than a new party. When someone cancels, you keep the fee and refund the rest from the booking.

Down payment up front, the rest later.

Parties often book a charter for August in March. With a down payment, they pay part when they book and the rest before the trip. Part of August's money is already in your account in March.

Confirmation with a payment link

When a party books by phone, you enter the booking while you're still talking. They get the confirmation with a payment link and a due date.

Payment link by email or text

You send a payment link for the balance by email or text. The party pays online, so nobody has to chase a bank transfer.

Payment status at a glance

Each booking shows what's paid and what's still open. So before the trip, you know who still owes you.

Questions about boat charter software.

How do I charge for a skipper on a private charter?

Let's Book adds the skipper's fee to the booking by itself, whenever the booking meets the conditions you set. You can also sell a skipper as an add-on, so the booking shows that one was ordered. Let's Book doesn't schedule your crew, so who sails that day stays in your own crew schedule.

Can I take a security deposit on a private charter?

Yes, with Let's Book you ask for the security deposit when the party books, or with the balance. After the trip you return it from the booking, or keep part of it when the boat comes back with a scratch. Each amount you keep gets its own line, and anything the party still owes comes out of the deposit first.

Can a company pay for a charter by bank transfer?

Yes, a company can pay by bank transfer. You send the invoice yourself. When the money comes in, you add the payment to the booking by hand. The booking then shows what's paid and what's still open.

Can a company put a day charter on hold while it decides?

Not yet, option bookings are coming. Until then, you enter the booking in Let's Book yourself and send a payment link with a due date. That way the charter is already on your planning while the company decides.

Can a private charter last several days?

Yes, with Let's Book a charter can run overnight and across several days. When the trip runs on into the next season, it keeps the price of the season it starts in.

Can a group book several boats at once?

Yes, in Let's Book a party can book several boats in one booking, for a company outing for example. So you keep track of one booking for the whole group.

What happens when a charter can't go ahead?

If it's too windy, there's a thunderstorm or your skipper can't make it, you move the booking to another day in Let's Book. The person who booked gets an email that shows what changed. When there is no other day, you cancel the booking and keep your cancellation fee or refund everything.

Can guests from abroad book a charter in their own language?

Yes, the Let's Book booking form comes in five reviewed languages and five machine-translated ones. You link your terms per language, so every guest reads them in their own language.

How do I switch with charters already booked for the summer?

You bring them along, and you don't have to do it alone. We move them over with you, for free, so they're on the same planning as every new booking.
