About Let’s Book.
Let's Book is booking software for rentals, tours, charters and boat clubs, made by people who rent out boats themselves. We've been happily building it every day since 2015.
It started with keys in the water.
Two people on our management team run boat rental and tour companies of their own: Sloepdelen, Adam's Boats, Sloep Huren Utrecht and Utrecht Canal Cruises. So they run hourly rental and tours side by side themselves. At their docks, a boat key kept ending up in the water. So we built our own system to unlock the boat, linked to the booking. Since then the customer starts the boat with their phone, and no key goes overboard.
Other operators noticed and wanted it too, as far away as Sweden. So we kept building, and that became Let's Book. Today rental companies, tour operators, charters and boat clubs work with it, from an electric boat by the hour to a superyacht.
What you can expect from us.
We're a small team of designers, developers, sales, finance and support, on the Herengracht in Amsterdam. We like hearing what you need, and we're happy when your season goes well.
We set it up with you
You start with a test login, a half-hour video call or an email, whatever suits you. Then we set everything up with you until you go live. We also move your existing bookings over for free.
Answers from somebody who worked a dock
Ask whenever a question comes up. Iwan, Berend or Robbe answers within one business day, and all three have worked a dock. Support is free.
Software that keeps running
On your busiest Saturday everything has to work. So we test a lot, and error reports tell us when something breaks. If you still run into trouble, chat with us from the dashboard, on weekends in the season too.
