A rental company with regulars
Your regulars get a customer type of their own, with its own price. That type can skip the waiver, so they don't sign again for every trip.
A club with a committee
Members book for themselves, within the rules of the club: how far ahead, and how many Saturdays per member. Need a rule of your own, like five trips a month? You write it yourself, or we write it with you.
A company that books all summer
A business customer type books without paying upfront. You send the company the invoice afterward.

Have members? Then you give them a customer type of their own in Let's Book. A member creates an account once, and you add them to that type. When you switch, we move your whole member list over for you in one go. After that, members book at their own prices and under their own rules whenever they log in.
Different prices per customer type
A customer type books at prices of its own. So a member can pay less than a first-time customer for the same boat at the same hour.
Booking rules per customer type
For each type, you set how far ahead they can book and how many bookings they can hold at once. You can also cap how many Saturdays one member holds at a time.
Book without paying up front
A business customer type can book without paying up front. You invoice afterward, as arranged with that company.
Cancellation policy per customer type
You can let a member cancel up to two hours before the trip, and a first-time customer up to a day ahead.

Members and other customers on one planning.
Everyone books the same boats, and members get the prices of their customer type. All bookings land on one planning, so nobody books a boat twice for the same hour.
Let's Book applies your rules: the price, who can book when, and what happens when somebody cancels. You collect the dues yourself, the way you do now.
