Partner bookings
Partner bookings for rentals and tours.
A hotel or campground books your boats for its guests on its own link, at the rate you set. Each booking lands on your planning right away and counts toward that partner.
Booking links and rates per partner.
Hotels, campgrounds and tourist offices talk every day to guests who don't know you yet. With a booking link of their own, they book a boat for those guests. That way, you get bookings from people who never found your site.
A booking link per partner
The hotel puts its own link on the guest Wi-Fi page, and it opens your booking form. Every booking made through it counts toward that hotel.
The guest or the hotel pays
The guest pays as they book, or the hotel settles up with you afterward. The confirmation goes to the email address on the booking: the guest's or the hotel's.
Partner-specific rates
A partner books at the rates you set for them. The campground next door and the hotel downtown each get their own deal.
Assign a partner to phone bookings
Sometimes the hotel calls anyway. You put that booking on the partner's name, so it still counts.
The partner in your booking emails
In your email about a new, changed or canceled booking, you see at once which partner sent it.

Partner bookings go straight onto your planning.
The hotel desk books on your link without logging in, and the booking is on your planning right away.
Live availability on the link
The partner sees exactly what's free, the same as your own customers do. Nobody has to call you, so the guest books while still at the desk.
Filter and export bookings by partner
At the end of the month you filter the bookings by partner and export them. So you settle up with the hotel from one list, without retyping.
Partners book the same boats
Partner bookings show up right alongside your own on the planning. Once the hotel books the three o'clock boat, nobody else can book it.
Settle the commission from one list per partner.
From the export per partner, you work out the commission yourself and settle it with the partner.
With Let's Book you also run your own rentals, tours, charters and boat clubs. You'll find it all on the feature list.
Questions about partner bookings.
How do I make a booking link for a partner?
In your booking form settings, turn on "Integrate on partner website" and enter a name for the partner. Let's Book then makes a link of its own for that partner. You send that link to the partner.
Can a partner put the booking form on their own website?
Yes. With their own link, the partner puts your booking form on their site, the same way you do on yours. Every booking through their site counts for them.
How do I build the commission into the price?
With a price rule that has the condition "Booked via partner". A guest who books through the hotel then pays, say, $60 an hour instead of $50. You keep $50 and pay the hotel its $10 yourself. Or you keep one price for everybody and pay the commission out of that.
Can I give a partner a discount code too?
Yes. Give the partner a discount code for their guests. They get the discount, and you still see which partner sent them.
Can a hotel change or cancel a booking itself?
A hotel with an account of its own can cancel a booking when you allow its customer type to cancel. Changes always go through you. To book, the hotel needs only the link.
Which partners work well?
Hotels, B&Bs and campgrounds near the water, tourist offices, marinas, and planners of company outings and weddings. Their guests are looking for something to do on the water.
