Partners
Boat rental software partners.
Let's Book works with a few companies that each do one thing well: the payment, the boat that starts without a key, and the waiver. You work with them directly, and we connect them to your bookings.
Stripe and Mollie take the payments.
You pick Stripe or Mollie, and the money goes into your own account with them. They pay out to your bank on the schedule you set. Tap to Pay on your phone works only with Mollie for now. Mollie is well known in the Netherlands, but not in the US.

Stripe
Stripe takes the payments in your booking form, with the payment methods of the country your customer pays from. At the dock, you take cards with a Stripe card reader.

Mollie

Hardware partners for a connected fleet.
With a hardware module on board, your customer starts the boat from their phone, so nobody has to hand over keys. You get the hardware module from the partner, and the integration with Let's Book is already in your plan. Sentinel Marine has installation partners around the world, and The Boat Constructors fits hardware modules in the Netherlands.

Sentinel Marine
We recommend Sentinel Marine because it's a large, established company. The hardware module unlocks the engine when your customer or your team starts the trip. When they end it, the engine locks again. Sentinel's own app does a lot more, from the battery and the bilge to shore power and the engine.

Qondor
Qondor starts and stops the engine for each booking. Qondor's own platform also shows the fleet live on a map, replays each trip and sends an alert when a boat leaves its zone.

The Boat Constructors
The Boat Constructors in Aalsmeer can fit the Sentinel Marine or Qondor hardware module in your boats. They work across the Netherlands.

Boats built for rental.
Buying new boats? These builders can deliver them with the hardware for a connected fleet already on board.

Santos Boats
Santos Boats builds boats for rental. You can have Santos's own hardware module fitted on board. It connects directly to Let's Book, so your customers start the boat from their phone.

WaiverForever for the waivers.
Your customer signs the waiver on their own phone before they arrive, with the booking details already filled in.

WaiverForever
You build your waiver in your own WaiverForever account and paste the API key from there into Let's Book once. Every signature comes back to the booking. You pay WaiverForever for your own subscription with them.

SailTime, for sailing.
Members book in Embark, renters in Let's Book, on the same sailboats.

SailTime
SailTime runs boat sharing for sailors. Embark, the software its members book in, is connected to Let's Book both ways, so a member and a renter never get the same boat at the same time. SailTime Newport Beach works like this.
