Santos and Let's Book launch a starter kit for boat rentals
Together with Santos Boats, we're launching a starter kit with the Santos One, an electric boat built for rental that comes ready to connect to Let's Book. We set up Let's Book with you quickly, and your boat is bookable from the day it arrives, so you can take bookings before it's there.

If you’re starting a boat rental, you need a boat and a way for customers to book it. The Santos One is an electric rental boat that comes ready to connect to Let’s Book. We set up Let’s Book with you quickly, and the boat is bookable from the day it arrives. So you can take bookings before it’s even there.
Starter kit with the boat and the booking software
You buy the boat from Santos Boats, and you take the booking software, Let’s Book, from us. You pay for each separately. The two are set up to work together, so you don’t have to find a hardware module, an installer and a booking system yourself.
What you get
The Santos One, built for rental
Little maintenance. The boat is made of HDPE, a strong, recyclable material that doesn’t discolor and can take a knock at the dock.
Electric and quiet. The electric motor is quiet. With the standard battery pack, the Santos One runs for about 8 hours at 7 to 8 km/h. A full charge takes about 6 hours on a regular 230V outlet.
Ready for keyless rental. You can have a BCM unit fitted in the boat. That’s the hardware that connects to Let’s Book. You don’t buy it from us. The software side is in both Let’s Book plans, so connecting it costs nothing extra on our side.

Let’s Book, the booking software
Customers book online. Your customer picks a time, pays right away and gets the confirmation by email. You don’t have to take the booking by phone or copy it into a notebook.
The booking is the key. Your customer starts and stops the boat from their phone, within the booked time. Nobody from your team has to be at the dock.
You keep the overview. Every booking lands on your planning, and the fleet view shows which boat is out and who is due back.

How it works
Book
Your customer books on your own website, through the Let’s Book booking form.
Start
If you want, your customer starts the boat on the spot, by themselves. That helps at a dock where nobody works, or on a busy Saturday when you have your hands full.
Follow

In the fleet view you follow every trip. A boat that isn’t back on time turns red.
Book a test sail
Want to try it first? Book a test sail with Santos Boats. You get to know the boat, see how the booking and the start work, and hear how you can start renting. Santos Boats tells you where and when.

Get started with Let’s Book
We set everything up with you, free of charge. When you’re ready, you switch payments from test to live yourself. You only pay for Let’s Book from that day on.
Booking software for boat rental, tours and charters.
This article is from Let's Book, the software that lets your customers book and pay on your own website, and puts every boat on one planning. Made by people who rented out boats themselves.
