Tours & tickets

Tour and ticket booking software.

For tours, charters and events, with one boat or forty. A party books a whole boat on your own site. If you also rent by the hour, that runs on the same boats and the same planning.

In short

Bookings, planning and payments for your trips and your rentals.

Online booking form
Guests book a trip on your own site. While they pay, nobody else can book their boat.
Pricing and availability
The four o'clock trip has a package price. At six, the same boat rents by the hour.
Payments and security deposits
Guests pay the full price or a down payment first. Either way, the money goes to your own account.
Planning and daily operations
You see every trip and every rental on one planning.
Customer messages
The confirmation puts the trip in your guests' calendar. A reminder goes out on its own the day before.
Add-ons and promotions
Guests add drinks or a guide when they book. Your dock staff get a picking list of what goes aboard.

Book tours and charters online.

Your guest sees in the calendar which days are already full. They pick a day and a trip, and pay right away, the way they're used to.

Trips run on your own boats.

General tour software plans per tour, Let's Book plans per boat. So your booking form never offers a boat that's out on a trip.

  • Filled in once per boat model

A trip uses the boat models you already set up, with their seats. So you don't type them in again.

  • Shared availability for trips and rentals

A trip takes its boats off the booking form for as long as it's out. Once they're back, they're for rent again.

  • Every booking in one list

Rentals and charters sit in one booking list. Each row says which kind of booking it is.

Christmas party

48 guests in one booking

One booking, one boat or several.

A party says how many people are coming when they book. They pick the boat themselves, or several boats, from the ones you chose for the trip.

So a Christmas party of forty-eight becomes one booking on several boats. You only have one booking to keep track of.

Want to look at a party first? Option bookings are coming to Let's Book. Then a booking waits until you confirm it.

A pool of five boats

  • 8 seatsparty of 6
  • 16 seatsfree that evening
  • 16 seatsparty of 14
  • 20 seatsfree that evening
  • 30 seatsparty of 28

Coming soon: each boat has its own price. Today the size of the party sets the price, so the party of six pays a different price than the party of twenty-eight.

Set up a trip.

You fill in a trip's settings only once, using the boats you already have. Rather not do it alone? Then we set up your account with you, free of charge.

Dates and times

A New Year cruise runs on one date, a Friday trip on every Friday between two dates. Each date has its own start and end time.

Boats per trip

You pick which boats a trip may use. Leave the thirty-seater out, and it stays free for rentals and your other trips.

A price per boat

Coming soon: each boat gets its own charter price for the trip. Today you set the price by the size of the party.

Booking window per customer type

Want booking to close a few hours before departure? You set that per customer type, just like how far ahead guests may book.

Buffer time around a trip

You set how many minutes before and after the trip nobody can rent the boat. So you have time to clean it for the next guests.

Your own cancellation terms

When a booking is canceled, you decide what you keep. You do that by hand or with a preset of your own.

Departure dock

You choose which of your docks the trip leaves from.

Photos per trip

You add several photos and drag them into order. The first one becomes the cover.

Trips and rentals in one booking form.

A sunset trip for one party, a skippered charter and a boat by the hour share the same form. So someone looking for a boat by the hour also sees your sunset trip.

The booking form: self-drive boats, tours and charters in one list, each with a photo, passenger count and a Choose button
The booking form on a phone: an electric sloop to drive yourself, then the tours, City cruise and Sunset tour, in the same list

One list for rentals and trips

Rentals and trips sit in the same list on your site. Coming soon: a filter that shows only self-drive or only charter.

A booking link per date

Every trip has a link to share, and so does each date. A click in your newsletter opens the booking form on that date.

Choose what your booking form sells

Pick which trips and boats appear, and soon how big each tile is. Check the result on desktop and on a phone before you save.

Trips and rentals on one timeline, per boat.

Your dashboard opens on today's trips and their revenue, with the day's rentals right beside them. So over your first coffee you see the whole day.

One timeline for trips and rentals

Trips and rentals sit on the same line for each boat. So you see at a glance which boat goes out when.

Bookings, boats and revenue per date

Coming soon: each date of a trip shows its own bookings, boats and revenue. So you see what one Saturday evening brought in.

Status per date

Coming soon: each date shows whether it's open, taken or finished. You see at once which December Saturdays still have a boat free.

Cancel a whole date

Coming soon: before you cancel a date, you see the bookings it hits, the refunds and the boats that come free. You type a word to confirm, so nobody cancels by accident.

Year view per boat

Coming soon: a boat's rentals and trips stack on one line. You see which boat does the trips and which one only rents.

A charter is a normal booking

A charter shows the party, the price and the boats they go out on. You find it among your other bookings.

Charters and events you can sell today.

They run on the fleet, the planning and the booking form you already have. Tickets per seat come next, and then the marketplaces.

Questions about tours and charters.

Can I sell trips and rent boats out of one system?

Yes, Let's Book runs your trips and your hourly rentals on one fleet and one planning. A charter takes its boats off the booking form for those hours. Afterwards they're free to rent again.

Can I sell single seats on a cruise?

Not yet. Selling single seats is coming. Charter works today: one party books a whole boat, or several boats.

Will my trips appear on GetYourGuide or Viator?

Not yet. We're building a channel manager, so your trips will soon be on GetYourGuide and Viator too. Every trip and every date already has its own link for your newsletter or your own site. That link opens your booking form on that date.

Who picks the boat for a party?

The party does, when they book. They pick the boat, or several boats, from the boats you chose for the trip, so a big group still makes one booking.

Can a charter wait for my approval?

Not yet. Option bookings for tours are coming to Let's Book. An option booking waits until you confirm it, so you can look at a big party first.

Does Let's Book schedule my skippers?

No, who sails that day stays in your own crew schedule. You can sell a skipper as an add-on, so the booking shows that one was ordered.

What stops a boat from being rented while it's out on a trip?

Let's Book blocks the boat for the trip and for the buffer time you set before and after it. In that time nobody can rent the boat, so you have time to get it ready for the next guests.

Does this cost more than my rental plan?

No, tours and charters run on the Let's Book plan you already have. Your monthly fee stays the same. On a charter you pay the same booking fee as on a rental.

Do you help me set up my trips?

Yes, and you don't have to do it alone. We're happy to set up your account with you for free, your first trips included.
