Discount codes
Discount codes for rentals and tours.
You think up the campaign and share the codes on your website and social media. Let's Book handles the rest. The booking form takes the discount off right away, only on the boats and days you choose.
Discount codes with your own rules and limits.
The booking form checks every code before your customer pays. So nobody at the desk has to look up whether a code is still good.
Amount, percentage or free time
A code takes a fixed amount or a percentage off the rental or trip, not off the add-ons. It can also give half an hour free on a two-hour rental. Customers can use one code per booking.
Conditions down to the hour
A code works only on the boats, docks, dates, weekdays, time ranges and trip lengths you choose. You can exclude single dates, like your busiest Saturday.
Unique codes in one go
You make up to 10,000 unique codes in one go, in the format and length you pick. With a usage limit of one, each code works only once, even when someone passes it on.
Export to the print shop
You export the codes to Excel and send the file to your print shop for the flyers. You import codes made elsewhere from a spreadsheet. Once the summer is over, you archive the campaign.

Codes for partners, quiet days and past customers.
A discount code brings in extra bookings, with the boats and the people you already have.
A code for each partner
The hotel down the road gets a code that gives its guests money off. You see exactly how many bookings that code brought in.
A code for quiet days
A code for weekdays only gives people a reason to book on a Tuesday. You're open and staffed that day anyway.
A code in the win-back email
When you set up the win-back email, each customer gets it automatically fifty weeks after their last trip. A code in it gives last summer's family a reason to come back.
One code for everyone, or one per customer.
Where you share a code decides which kind you make.
For a post on Instagram or LinkedIn, you make one promo code that anybody can use. A usage limit stops it after the number of uses you set. For a mailing or a printed flyer, you make unique codes, one per customer, each good once.

Discount codes in your own booking form.
Customers type the code into the booking form on your own site, before they pay. The discount shows on the booking and in the confirmation email. One export of your bookings shows which ones used a code, and how much discount they got.
You can make a code for your rentals, your tours and your fixed departures. See what else Let's Book does on the feature list.
Questions about discount codes.
Can I sell gift cards?
Not yet, gift cards are coming. Until then, you can make a discount code for a fixed amount that works only once. You sell it or give it away yourself. The code takes the amount off the rental or trip, not off the add-ons.
Does a discount code work on a phone booking?
Yes. When someone on your team takes a booking by phone, they add the discount code to it themselves.
