Book by the night, for one night or longer.

A couple tries a single night, a family books the whole week. Both book in the same form, by the night.

A stay of several nights

On your site the guest picks an arrival day and a departure day, the way they'd book a vacation rental. You choose the arrival days and the lengths of stay. So you can sell a week from Saturday, and a weekend and a midweek alongside it.

One price for the whole week

A Saturday-to-Saturday week gets its own package price, and so does a weekend. So the family sees right away what their week costs.

A week across the season change

The last week of your high season can run on into the next season, if you allow it. The whole week keeps the price it started with.

Booked with a down payment

The guest pays part up front, and the week is theirs. For the balance you send a payment link, and the payment page shows the due date you choose.

The contract, ready to sign at home

Through WaiverForever the rental contract arrives prefilled, and the family signs it at home on the couch. A guest who hasn't signed yet does so at the base with a QR code.

The changeover day, on the planning.

Between two groups a boat has to be empty, clean and ready. You put that time on the planning, so nobody books the boat too early. If you give a briefing at pickup, buffer time before the trip keeps time free for that too.

Buffer time per slot

You set how long a boat needs between two groups. On the timeline that time shows as a block, so nobody books into it.

Cap what leaves at once

Want to limit how many boats leave or come back at once on changeover day? You set one limit per base, and it counts at every pickup and return time.

A picking list for the base

Print what was ordered with each booking, for the boats you're preparing. So the linen, the bikes and the crib are aboard before the guests arrive.

Several bases on one planning.

With more than one base, your busiest one sometimes needs a few extra boats for the summer. You plan that move ahead of time.

Every base with its own boats

In Let's Book, each base is a dock with its own boats, address and local time. The holidays you rent out from it bring their own rates and rules.

Plan moves between bases

In spring, plan which boat goes to which base for the summer. A timeline shows where each boat has been and where it's going.

Questions about boating holiday software.

Can guests pick up their boat before their booking starts?

Yes, if you allow early pickup in Let's Book. So a family that reaches the base early doesn't have to wait on the dock.

How does the security deposit work for a boating holiday?

With a down payment, the guest pays the security deposit together with the balance. After the trip you return it from the booking, in full or in part. Every amount you keep goes on its own line. On a changeover Saturday, you return several deposits in one go.

Can guests pay by card at the base?

Yes, Let's Book works with card readers from Mollie or Stripe. The reader charges the booking that's open on your screen. With Mollie, Tap to Pay takes the card on your own phone, without a separate reader. You can limit each reader to the bases where it's used, so staff only see the readers at their own base.

Can guests book a boating holiday in their own language?

Yes, the Let's Book booking form comes in ten languages. English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish are checked by people, the other five translated by machine. Emails and text messages go out translated too. Each guest's record holds their language. Your terms and conditions are kept per language, so every guest reads them in their own.

Can I try boating holiday software before I decide?

Yes, ask for a test login and look around in Let's Book on your own first. We set it up for you, with your own boats already in it. We send it as soon as we can.
