In short

Bookings, planning and payments for your sailboats.

Online booking form
Sailors book and pay on your own site. While they pay, we hold the boat for them.
Pricing and availability
You set your prices your way: by the hour, part-day, day or week, per season, with member prices, surcharges, or early-bird and last-minute rates.
Payments and security deposits
What sailors pay goes to your own account, a security deposit too if you take one.
Planning and daily operations
All your boats and docks are on one planning. Per time slot you see what is still free and which boat is late back.
Customer messages
Confirmations and reminders go out to your sailors automatically. You decide which messages go out and what your emails say, down to the last word.
Add-ons and promotions
Earn more on every booking: sell extras with a sail, like a cooler, a picnic basket or wet-weather gear.

Sailing club software, for members with their own rules.

Do you have members? You set that up in Let's Book too: every kind of member gets a customer type of its own, with its own prices and rules, next to your regular renters on one planning. SailTime Newport Beach in California rents out its sailboats with Let's Book.

Member prices

Members book at a price of their own, such as a reduced rate. If you allow it, they book without paying up front.

Booking rules per member type

Members can book further ahead than other renters, under rules that only apply to them, with a cancellation policy of their own.

Booking links for members only

A booking link that asks members to log in first and shows only the boats you pick for them.

No waiver for every sail

A member type can skip the waiver, so your regulars don't sign again each time they go out.

Excellent product and outstanding service. Let's Book gets a 10 out of 10!

How a boat club runs in Let's Book

A sailing catamaran moored in a canal of Newport Beach, California, with houses and palm trees behind it

Sailing experience, asked before they sail.

Want to know whether someone can sail? Then you ask at checkout, only for the boats that need it. Must sailors really send something, like a photo of their license? Then you set that up in the waiver they sign in WaiverForever.

Your own questions at checkout

Which license, how many years on the water: you ask what you need to know, and you see the answer on the booking until two weeks after the trip.

Only for the boats that need it

A question appears only when the booking matches the rule you set, for example only for the cabin sailboats.

Signed before they sail

Waivers arrive prefilled. Whoever didn't sign at home scans a QR code at the dock and signs there.

A skipper as an extra

Can someone not sail themselves? Then you sell a skipper as an extra with the booking, just like a cooler.

A sailor in a yellow polo trims a sheet on the deck of a sailboat

Weekends and weeks on a cabin sailboat.

Rent a cabin sailboat by the night, the weekend or the week. Pickup and return are at the times you set, say Friday at four until Sunday at six. Your customer picks from when to when. Work with a down payment? Then your customer pays part up front to hold the boat and the rest before departure. Work with a security deposit? They pay that online too.

Questions about sailboat rental software.

Can I rent sailboats by the hour and by the week in one system?

Yes. In Let's Book a daysailer goes out by the hour or the day and a cabin sailboat by the weekend or the week, each with its own prices, hours and rules, all on one planning.

Does Let's Book check a sailing license?

No, Let's Book doesn't check a license itself. You ask for it: add your own question at checkout, shown only for the boats that need it. Must sailors send a copy of their license? Then you add that to the waiver they sign in WaiverForever.

Can members of my sailing club book at their own prices?

Yes. Each kind of member gets a customer type with its own prices, booking rules and cancellation policy. Members can book through a link of their own, and you can let them skip the waiver.

Can I rent out a skipper with the boat?

Yes. You sell a skipper as an extra with the booking, like a cooler or wet-weather gear. That way people without a license or experience can rent from you too.

Is Let's Book connected to SailTime's Embark?

Yes, both ways. A sail time a member books in Embark closes the boat in Let's Book, and a rental in Let's Book closes it in Embark. So your members and your renters share the same sailboats without a double booking. SailTime Newport Beach works like this today.

Does it work for a shared ownership program of my own?

Members, their prices and their booking rules work in Let's Book today. Membership fees you still bill outside Let's Book, and the same goes for the parts that belong to shared ownership itself. Tell us how your program runs, and we'll show you what fits.

How do I switch my sailboat rental over to Let's Book?

We set up Let's Book with you for free, so you don't have to do it alone. It starts with a half-hour video call, with your own boats already in Let's Book if you send us your website. We also move over the bookings you already have.
