Boat tour departures with their own price.

You set up a trip once, with its departure times, its price and its extras. After that, guests book it by themselves, day after day, while you run the boat.

Fixed departure times and a lunch break

You set the times your boat leaves, per season. When your crew wants a quiet lunch, you fit a lunch break in between.

A package price per departure

You give each departure one price for the whole trip, not an hourly rate. That price can grow with the number of people.

Early bird and last-minute prices

The price moves with how far ahead the guest books. You set the rule once, and every departure follows it.

Add-ons at checkout

Your guest adds extras to the same booking. Your team prints a picking list of what each booking ordered.

Minimum notice for online bookings

You set how long before departure the booking form stops taking bookings. So nobody can book the six o'clock departure at ten to six.

Schedule changes leave existing bookings alone

When you change the schedule, only new bookings follow it. Guests who already booked keep their time, so you don't have to call anyone.

Ticket sales per seat are coming.

We're building ticket sales per seat into Let's Book. Until then, a group books the whole boat, at a price that follows the number of people. Read how tours & tickets work in Let's Book.

An adult and a child ticket each get their own price. Both count toward the seats on the same boat.

  • Option bookingsComing

We're building option bookings for tours into Let's Book, so a booking can wait until you confirm it.

Boat tour booking in the guest's own language.

Guests from abroad book your trip from their phone. They read the booking form and every message after it in their own language. So you and your team no longer translate confirmations by hand.

Ten languages in the booking form

English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish are reviewed. Danish, Greek, Italian, Portuguese and Swedish are machine-translated. You can replace any language with your own translation.

Their own way to pay

Guests pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and more. With Stripe they see the methods of their own country.

Reminders in their own language

Turn reminders on, and your guest gets a text before departure and an email the day after the trip, in their own language. In the follow-up, you can recommend your other trips.

Hotels and partners sell your boat trips.

A hotel desk or a tourist office sells your trips too. Their bookings land on the same planning as your own, so you see every departure in one place.

A booking link per partner

Each hotel or partner books through a link of its own. So you see how many bookings each one brings in.

Rates for each partner

A partner books at the rates you set for them. At the end of the month you filter and export their bookings.

Codes for a hotel desk

You make a batch of unique discount codes at once. The hotel hands each guest a code of their own.

Questions about boat tour booking software.

Can I charge per person for a boat tour?

Yes, in Let's Book the price of a departure grows with the number of people. So a family of four pays for four. Tickets per seat, with prices for adults and children, are coming soon. Until then, a group books a departure for itself.

Can I move or cancel a boat tour?

Yes. If it's too windy, there's a thunderstorm or your skipper can't make it, you move or cancel a whole departure at once in Let's Book. For each booking, only the person who booked gets an email that says what changed. You refund a cancellation from the booking, in full or minus a fee.

What happens when a departure is fully booked?

Let's Book then offers the guest other times and dates for the same boat. So a guest who wanted Saturday morning still books your Saturday afternoon trip.

Can hotels sell my boat tours?

Yes, each hotel or partner books through a link of its own, at the rates you set for them. Their bookings land on the same planning as yours. At the end of the month you export them per partner.

How do I tell guests where the boat tour starts?

Your dock's address is already in the Let's Book confirmation email, with a link to Google Maps. You write that email yourself, so you can add directions to the meeting point. When you turn on the reminder email, the guest gets it a day before the trip.

Can I have every passenger sign a waiver?

Yes, you can set it so every passenger signs their own waiver, on their own phone. The person who booked shares one link with the group. The signing runs through your own WaiverForever account, and the booking shows who has signed.

Can tourists book a boat tour in their own language?

Yes, the Let's Book booking form comes in five reviewed languages and five machine-translated ones. You can write your own translation for another language. Your docks, boats, add-ons and terms get a text per language, so every guest reads it all in their own language.

Does Let's Book send my departures to GetYourGuide or Viator?

Not yet. We're building a channel manager, so your departures will soon be on GetYourGuide and Viator too. Until then, a hotel or reseller can book your departures through its own link. It books at the rates you set, and the booking lands on your planning.

How do I get my GetYourGuide and Viator bookings into Let's Book?

You add a GetYourGuide or Viator booking to your Let's Book planning by hand. Or you connect them yourself through the Let's Book API, so those bookings come in on their own.

Can I charge more for a boat tour in high season?

Yes, in Let's Book a season has a start and an end date, with its own prices. So the sunset cruise can cost more in July than in October.

Can the same boat run a tour and go out as a rental?

Yes, departures and rentals sit on one timeline in Let's Book. While a departure has the boat, nobody can rent it. Once it's back and your buffer time has passed, it's free again.

Can I try Let's Book with my own tours first?

Sure, ask for a test login. We send it as soon as we can, usually with your own boats already in it. Look around yourself, or book a half-hour video call and we'll show you around together.
